1st Soil is a first line provider of core values and integrity. Whether its adding value to our partners, clients, or suppliers, it's important to us to have a solid foundation. Our business model is simple. We invest for 1 of 2 reasons.

1.  We acquire property to add quality that is no longer present. For example, a fixer upper, we dream of creating that home for families to create wonderful memories. We acquire these properties, renovate, and sell.

2. We acquire these projects and add them to our portfolio. However, we follow the same model as our 1st reason. It's important for us to know that our tenants are comfortable and at piece of mind.
